While in software (plant design, technology of fermented or cured meat, et al.), we achieve strong alliance with COBEINGEGNERIA design firm (Italy). For fermented meat products (fermented sausages, fermented hams), we provide more than individual equipment, the complete production line for the fermented meat project is also available. In addition, we provide the consulting service of the technology and the engineering service of the fermented meat project.
At present, we offer six categories of products and services, including clean room, meat thawing equipment, temperature & humidity control equipment, production and processing equipment, food/medicine packaging equipment, air drying equipment for fermented or cured meat, plant design and consulting for fermented meat.
Temperature & humidity control equipment includes refrigeration units, electrical control panels, et al. Production and processing equipment are washing cabins, salting units, boning units for hams, fermentation room, curing room.
